Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.

At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. Price, service and poster print quality was excellent. Turned out a little dark and with some color shift, but I was warned this could happen as I submitted RBG files--only had PS Elements with no CMYK capabilities. I just bought Photoshop and I'll convert to CMYK, as well as upload the ICC info for the paper you're printing on. Hopefully the next poster will be even better.
