The packaging is a bit tricky, I ripped a couple of my posters trying to get them unraveled. But on my second order I knew how it worked so it was easier and no rips.
The website is easy to follow and anytime I have needed customer service, they have been very helpful.

The only small complaint I have is that I didn't know that the posters would not come flat. Just had to flatten them here for a few days. However the order came a few days earlier than expected so there was no actual problem.
Also I do wish you had heavier paper choices for posters AND in the larger sizes where you do (140#) there were no samples in the kit you sent.

I have had some issues with packages being damaged in transit, but I consider that the fault of FedEx rather than ChilliPrinting, and CP has been good about getting me replacements when needed.
